Comprehensive refurbishment of a house located in the centre of Palma, just a few metres from the city's maritime area, with the main aim of creating a comfortable and welcoming space for subsequent use as a holiday rental.

 A complete refurbishment has been carried out where all the existing installations have been replaced and the interior comfort has been improved with the incorporation of an air conditioning system. As far as the decoration and materials are concerned, we have opted for a combined Mediterranean and Nordic style as a nod to the location and the clients for whom the property is intended.
