Complete refurbishment of a 1974 flat. The property had a very compartmentalised layout that limited the entry of light.

The project consisted of modifying the layout in order to make the most of the spaces and provide them with natural light throughout the day.  To this end, the kitchen area was opened up to the living-dining room. The bathrooms were also redistributed to make the most of them and create a comfortable and functional home for our clients.
